  • All orders are processed within one business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  • If we experience a high volume of orders or supply delays, shipments may be delayed. We will notify you via email if there are significant delays.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, customs, or carrier issues.

International Shipping

JADALACE offers international shipping and are not responsible for any customs or import taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (such as tariffs, taxes, or customs fees) are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number.

Lost or Damaged Packages

JADALACE is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the carrier. If you experience an issue, please contact the carrier directly or contact us.
